What you get
When you buy a plan, your organisation gets access to CallerCRM: the Android app (from Google Play) for your admin and callers, and the features of your plan for the period you paid for. There is no physical product and no shipping charge.
When you get it
- New organisations: we set up your admin account and send the login details on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your trial request or payment.
- Renewals: your plan is extended within 24 hours of payment, usually much sooner. Your data and settings stay as they were.
If something's wrong
If you've paid and your access hasn't started within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp (+91 78981 31225) or email privacy@codebyakshay.com. If we can't deliver the service, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
