Free trial
The 14-day free trial costs nothing and needs no payment details, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If you don't buy a plan, the account becomes read-only after the trial.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time by telling us on WhatsApp (+91 78981 31225) or at privacy@codebyakshay.com.
- Plans are not renewed automatically: we send a payment link for each period. If you don't pay the next one, the plan simply ends.
- After you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
Payments already made are not refunded, except:
- Duplicate or wrong payments: if you paid twice or paid the wrong amount, we refund the extra in full.
- Our fault: if we could not provide the service you paid for because of a problem on our side, we refund the affected part.
- If we stop offering CallerCRM: we give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- Where the law requires a refund.
To ask for a refund, message us with your company name and the payment date.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
